This housing authority never used to be like this Ever since the pandemic and they had to close their doors to the public a lot of the workers shows no compassion I wish I didnt have my disability and I could work with out having to depend on someon This housing authority never used to be like this Ever since the pandemic and they had to close their doors to the public a lot of the workers shows no compassion I wish I didnt have my disability and I could work with out having to depend on someone to provide a roof over my headnnI am homeless right now due to negligence from this place You cannot get a hold to anyone no one answer their phone if you leave a message no one return your call nor emailnnAbsolutely disgusting to treat people like thisnI am going to find out to do a petition to get the government involved more ... hide ...

I have to move soon and I am worried about finding a place cause its hard to obtain a home nowadays especially a descent one Also most of the time whomever I contact at the housing office do not answer my emails this behavior can cause someone to los I have to move soon and I am worried about finding a place cause its hard to obtain a home nowadays especially a descent one Also most of the time whomever I contact at the housing office do not answer my emails this behavior can cause someone to lose their voucher etc I hope when its time for me to move my case is not ignored and or not processed in a timely matter Plus I have read the reviews and they made me sad for the people who are not treated well and who have became homeless due to incompetency etc Please do not let no one mistreat u and or cause u to lose your voucher etc If u are being ignored and or your stuff is not being processed on time dont just sit there get up and do something about it before its to late We have rights to and theres someone out there thats able to help u with getting them to do their jobs save yourself or u will remain unsaved Finally if u run into an issue and u cant get a supervisor to help look up the person that is over the housing authority Good luck and stay vigilant more ... hide ...

I absolutely love this office Every experience Ive had with a specialist has been pleasant They are informative and willing to help I have so much respect for those whom make a career out of helping others in need Way to Go DeKalb County Housing
