I called about a letter i received about a balance and asked for it to be explained I was told to disregard the letter Over a month letter I receive my security deposit and there was money taken out I called and was basically told i was a liar She to I called about a letter i received about a balance and asked for it to be explained I was told to disregard the letter Over a month letter I receive my security deposit and there was money taken out I called and was basically told i was a liar She told me no one there told me that Then she didnt completely hang up the phone and i heard every insult and rude remark she had to say about me Its not the fact that the money was taken from me Its the lack of professionalism When i called this lady back to tell her i heard everything she said She didnt even apologize Her words were we are done I cant believe people treat others like this But God is in control Now imnWaiting to see if the director is gonna call me to address this issue Im not even mad Just disappointed in how this is being handled more ... hide ...
