I'm giving two stars to my review because when I drove for an hour for my job interview, I walked out feeling sure of myself. I'm giving two stars to my review because when I drove for an hour for my job interview, I walked out feeling sure of myself. But now, about six months in, I am not as sure. You will be sent out to search for places and your caseworker will not answer your questions about the voucher. Even after you leave the building, they will not answer or email you back. I had to call various extensions for my caseworker to answer. Then I was told that she never received my emails (which I had in my phone). You will be sent out looking for places that don't accept the voucher or pay the minimum set by the voucher. If you do locate a place, you have to be labeled as a "Section 8" tenant because to meet the deadline, you will have to apply to places with bullets flying around all the time. My kids and I deserve more than this. So, to sum up, your caseworker will not reply. You will be sent out blindly and have to pay application fees for places you may not even get (which adds up). I sincerely hope that whoever is going through this will succeed. I am close to giving up. more ... hide ...

They were very friendly and professional I was treated with much respect I got in and out as quickly as possible I would recommend their services if you need them
