This organization has many helpful people, but one, Miss Sims, has done her best to prevent assistance to my wife. She rarely answers phone calls or emails, and is always away from her desk. When I asked to be removed from my wife's Section 8 program This organization has many helpful people, but one, Miss Sims, has done her best to prevent assistance to my wife. She rarely answers phone calls or emails, and is always away from her desk. When I asked to be removed from my wife's Section 8 program, since I have a job, she instead stated we were no longer eligible. We were given the ultimatum to divorce, get a separation letter, or for me to move out - all of this despite being legally married since 2013. We have not received payments since April and are now facing the loss of the Section 8 in October. My wife's previous case worker, Miss Brown, was very caring and understanding, whereas Miss Sims is not. It's heartbreaking to see how the system mistreats those in need. more ... hide ...

Most of the housing authorities have poor ratings and bad reviews A lot of people have lost their vouchers due to incompetency etc some of the workers are good people and a lot are bad I have had a few good ones and a few bad and i have had to report Most of the housing authorities have poor ratings and bad reviews A lot of people have lost their vouchers due to incompetency etc some of the workers are good people and a lot are bad I have had a few good ones and a few bad and i have had to report a couple lol Also in some cases the supervisor did not do anything and guess what Some supervisors are friends with your workers and will laugh with them about your complaint so please be mindful of that as well Do not let no one mistreat u or cause u to lose your voucher etc theres someone over everyone in the building Dont just sit back and risk losing your voucher because of lazy and incompetent folks save yourself or u will remain unsaved Many are homeless or they are about to lose their home and its not because of their actions its so sad I think some people just gave up and or did not know who to contact to save their vouchers dont let this happen to U Finally know that u have rights to and u can fight the injustice do the resource and contact the head office if u need to Good luck and stay vigilant more ... hide ...

Selina Harris is a horrible person and caseworker She doesnt help her clients Her resources are out of date and none working She withholds information Very Mean evil and prejudice The entire staff are bullies
