After reading the reviews I decided to post one The bad reviews are accurate the way some of us are treated is unacceptable and inhuman at times it needs to stop asap I was with this housing authority before and I have had some good workers in the pa After reading the reviews I decided to post one The bad reviews are accurate the way some of us are treated is unacceptable and inhuman at times it needs to stop asap I was with this housing authority before and I have had some good workers in the past and a few bad ones that will ignore your calls emails and voicemails Also no matter how nice u are to some of them they will act ugly towards u and try to get u too lose your voucher for no reason I hate hearing about people being homeless and or becoming homeless due to incompetency etc Please dont let no one mistreated u or cause u to become homeless by ignoring your case etc Remember that theres someone over them do resource to find out who the head person is if the supervisor isnt helping u contact the person thats over everyone in the building Do not just sit back and hope they help u someday when they are not replying save yourself or u will remain unsaved I think a lot of people gave up because they did not know their rights and did not know who to contact Finally good luck and stay vigilant more ... hide ...

However, after a few years dealing with this public housing organization, my experience has been that a combination of corruption and ineptitude makes it impossible for them to meet their objectives. This isn't just my experience either; they'll purposely find excuses not to pay you. For example, they held back payment for three months due to a minor issue that had already been resolved three months prior. Plus, they are impossible to contact - no one answers the phone and the supervisors won't even reply to emails. Some landlords I know are reaching out to city council members, as it's obvious that corruption is at work and, unfortunately, it's the most disadvantaged who suffer. If you want to offer affordable accommodation, there are other ways to do it. To save yourself a lot of hassle, steer clear of this organization at all costs. more ... hide ...
