This is the worst housing authority I've ever encountered! They never return calls or respond promptly. I've even reached out to people who weren't my case worker for help, and guess what? They have the same lack of response. Not only the workers, bu This is the worst housing authority I've ever encountered! They never return calls or respond promptly. I've even reached out to people who weren't my case worker for help, and guess what? They have the same lack of response. Not only the workers, but the supervisors too! It's completely unacceptable. At the end of the day, we are the ones who have to face the consequences of being discontinued from the program. Some of us have children, some are elderly, and so on. I'm sure all of us are just trying to do the right thing to stay with the program. We are not employed by the housing authority, which is why we need help. Isn't that the purpose of the program? I once had to go out of my way to get assistance, but was denied because I didn't have an appointment and they were supposedly busy. I decided to call their office while I was there, and the woman refused to answer the calls. She eventually put them on silent mode! I asked her why she wasn't picking up, and she said she was busy, but she was just sitting there! I wished I had two phones, so I could record her! When I told her that, she became speechless, and went to get someone from the back. It's unbelievable how they treat people like this. more ... hide ...

They were very accommodating as far as federal workers go however I was honest with them about my parenting situation and they canceled my life long earned voucher for the third time just satisy their unwanted pushed judgement like too many lately
