The housing authority in Beaumont Texas is very rude my mother been waiting on her apartment months now and her case worker LW thats her initial she has all my mother paper work the Manger at the apartment called the inspection and they said they don The housing authority in Beaumont Texas is very rude my mother been waiting on her apartment months now and her case worker LW thats her initial she has all my mother paper work the Manger at the apartment called the inspection and they said they dont have any paperwork remind you my mother been here for 4 months just turn 65 and her caseworker is not try to help my 65 old mother it seems like to me she wants to do things on her on past she dont return my mother phone calls or nothing if she dont want to do her job she need to retire it really dont make any since she have to wait she been her since September I think LW is not a good caseworker more ... hide ...

this company is very helpful the staff isnt rude at allnA few people have to realize that a few housing authorities are still close due to COVID I see other comments people getting mad because their not getting there way andor help when they need it this company is very helpful the staff isnt rude at allnA few people have to realize that a few housing authorities are still close due to COVID I see other comments people getting mad because their not getting there way andor help when they need it but this company works in the order HUD wants them too worknI never had any problems with any of the workers from the lady at the front desk too the caseworkernIts a shame how people can try and bash a company because they cant have their wantsnThis company is very help with giving different resources if u need help with finding other low income apartments as well more ... hide ...
