Caldwell housing is not a good place to live they never fix anything when u call but they always expect u to do what your supposed to do it goes both ways

Been living here almost 3yrs I have never had issues with staff and maintenance is usually here same day you call in thank you for all you do

I am a current tenet and have been for 8 years I am very happy with office management And staff They are always helpful And always have been friendly ANY ISSUES are always takin care of and matience is awesome
