Since April 2022, I have been trying to get an update on my application status, but my electric has been turned off and no one seems to have any information. I got an email in January 2023 saying that my application was closed on 09/01/2022, but it d Since April 2022, I have been trying to get an update on my application status, but my electric has been turned off and no one seems to have any information. I got an email in January 2023 saying that my application was closed on 09/01/2022, but it didn't mention anything about my electricity or fuel being paid for. I got two payments for housing, however I had to use my PFD to pay for my electric because it was sent to collections and my property is now in foreclosure. As a disabled veteran, this is an incredibly disheartening experience after all I have been through. I called last month to try and get a promise to pay by email or phone, but was told they don't do that. It's been a long and arduous wait with no answers and I have not received any new emails to get the process started. Despite writing a review, there has been no news. more ... hide ...
