Had a great experience with Melissa designing my new home. She was very patient and accommodating allowing me as much time as I needed to make decisions and offering insight and advice based on her experience when requested without being pushy at all. The one criticism I can offer is that the studio doesnt have the space to have samples of all available options so you do have to use a bit of imagination, but having a larger number of options available is a good problem to have.
The new place is hard to find, as their new location is within a shared building. But if you look for the parking spots marked out (4 of them?) youll figure out where the entrance is.
I am impressed by the advice they give as it is relatively practical and intuitive. I am also happy with the samples they have on hand for you to touch and see. Once I was there, I ended up switching out almost everything I initially picked out. Hahaha
The online session was good to get your brain going, but not very representative of what you should expect to work with. The available options are pretty good for the most part.
I will add that they should give you an extra two or three weeks after your in-person appointment as a cool down period to make sure you are fine with your selections before commit a purchase order for material.
As a note, I am pretty picky, semi-OCD, and very selective (aka indecisive). I would say, patience level is pretty good.
Received a total of 5 cold calls from this company. After the first call I stated I was not interested and never signed up to be solicited by them. Yet, I still got call after call after call. I think the term "remove my number from your calling list " is lost on these people.
Stay away from this builder. They have so many lawsuits against them it’s insane. If you want a horrible home, cheaply built then these are your people
