In the past month, I have visited many apartments and this was the first time I encountered such a situation. I parked my car in the designated future resident parking, yet I was charged a $45 fine since I was not informed that I had to get it registered. The leasing office knew I was there for a tour, yet they declined to waive the fee and the parking company denied my appeal as well. I was only there for an hour so it was unprofessional of them to not have provided me with the information that I needed to register the car. Additionally, the signage was so small that it was easy to miss. I believe it is the responsibility of the leasing office to tell visitors this information when they come to view their apartments and possibly rent from them. This incident has left me feeling disappointed and I have now decided that the management team is unprofessional and does not prioritize customer service. more ... hide ...
