my boyfriend and i lived here for a year the last few months we were left with no way to contact the office no one was there during business hours and all the phones were disconnected even the emergency maintenance line was disconnected we had an issmy boyfriend and i lived here for a year the last few months we were left with no way to contact the office no one was there during business hours and all the phones were disconnected even the emergency maintenance line was disconnected we had an issue with our drain that we never got fixed because we couldnt reach anyone the pool never opened because they needed to get a working lock they said it would take a week but the whole summer went by with no pool access when i dropped of my letter informing them we would not be renewing our lease they lost it they kept sending us paperwork about renewing so i went in almost a month after the original letter was turned in and reminded them of the letter i sat as they looked for it everywhere and they told me there was no trace of a letter from us i brought in another letter and made sure i got a copy our whole experience as residents here consisted of trying to get a hold of management and then management never fixing our issues our neighbors were the only good thing about this placemore ...hide ...
Nice here but needs work I enjoy the community the neighbors are awesome I like the pool wished it was open now But a few things still new attention to make this a perfect place to call home
Great living here The maintenance staff is so helpful Darrell is always so friendly and explains what any issue is and how its resolved Its greatly appreciated
I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment that accepts the USDA voucher program I am currently homeless and would like to find a place to call my own

Over time these apartments have continued to fall down hill. The front office lacks good customer service, they refuse to answer calls and are rude in person. The amenities are rarely available.
