My family and I have been living in these apartments for nearly a year and they are the most horrible apartments I've ever had. A hurricane came in October 2020 and did some damage to my second bedroom window and ceiling. The window has been leaking since then and will not open anymore. I have informed the maintenance and the manager multiple times about this but nothing has been done, except for some people coming to examine it. Rebecca, the manager, also tried to blame my toddlers for the water damage on the carpet near the broken window instead of mending it. We had to withhold the rent for a month to get the carpet replaced. It is hurricane season again and the ceiling of my second bedroom continues to leak when it rains, plus other problems have come up in the apartment. The front door lock is stiff, so it is hard for us to get in, the dryer has stopped working and I have left so many voicemails that I think the office is not responding to my calls. We pay $989 per month and have never been late on rent. It is not just and I'm desperately looking for a different place to stay, but for now I'm stuck in this financial quagmire. I tried endlessly to find a way out of my lease agreement due to the inhabitable conditions, but she ignored my entreaties and kept telling her representatives that she was not available. I ultimately decided I could not stay any longer in a place with a broken air conditioner, a rusted microwave and insects crawling in through the door due to a lack of sealing. The apartment was also never painted or cleaned as per the agreement and when I finally left, Rebecca refused to talk to me and instead decided to harm my credit by sending me to a debt mediation firm for a total of $5,506.62 and some additional fees. If you don't want to have to contact a lawyer and experience a serious lack of care and respect, then keep away from this untrustworthy place. We tried our best to pay them the exact amount that the lease stated, but Rebecca refused to even listen to us. Avoid this place at all costs and don't waste your time and money. more ... hide ...

The apartments are nice in the inside No cap Its just the maintenance guy dont fix nothing My door was kicked in twice in a year from the kids around here I have a police report in all they still never fix it I been here 2yrs
