This place only cares about taking the tenants rent There has been a mold smell in my dads apartment since April I have called the office and so has my daughter and brother I will be reporting this place to HUD and The State as well as the Better Bus This place only cares about taking the tenants rent There has been a mold smell in my dads apartment since April I have called the office and so has my daughter and brother I will be reporting this place to HUD and The State as well as the Better Business Burea The garbage disposal and the dishwasher run water from under it and my dad has never used either of them If they have a maintenance man then hes definitely not doing his job Someone needs to investigate the Property Manager because shes only there in the office long enough to do applications for New tenants renewals and to pick up rent There has to be something done about this place more ... hide ...

Poor costumer service The office is always closed or theres nobody there They dont answer calls or call you back when you leave a message Once again avoid this place

My cousin lives there Ive visited twice for a weekend getaway Its very nice Its quiet clean and luxurious I think Im going to make it my next move
