Drama and never got my security deposit back I lasted 3months

I moved in the middle of a pandemic to get away from this place and so did most of the people in my building Worst apartment experience Ive had in Auburn over the span of 10 years The apartment was not ready when I moved in the power goes out way too I moved in the middle of a pandemic to get away from this place and so did most of the people in my building Worst apartment experience Ive had in Auburn over the span of 10 years The apartment was not ready when I moved in the power goes out way too often the internet service is not reliable and quite a few neighbors were smokers even though it states in the lease you cannot smoke They cancelled cable services we paid for in rent halfway through the lease The Office staff as a whole is unprofessional rude and lie through their teeth You WILL be ripped off for your security deposit Dont expect to get it back Find somewhere else to live this place is ABSOLUTELY not worth it more ... hide ...

This Apartment complex does not deserve even 1 Star due to the poor service The property manager Miss Dottie has a nasty attitude My experience started off on the wrong foot right after I signed the lease Once moving in all the appliances inside the This Apartment complex does not deserve even 1 Star due to the poor service The property manager Miss Dottie has a nasty attitude My experience started off on the wrong foot right after I signed the lease Once moving in all the appliances inside the apartment had to be removed and we had to go a full week without a washerdryer and a stove Which was a very Inconvenience for me and my family to have to eat out and pay to get our laundry washed When the lease was signed the Lease It came with cable but about three months after we moved in they turned cable off And told us that we would have to pay for our own cable which was another inconvenience my family and I had to Indore Our electricity in both bedrooms NEVER worked the entire time of our lease so Eventually my family and I had to live in the living room because thats the only room that had power One of the maintenance man let us know that there has always been an electricity problem in that building Building 2 in the apartment manager refuse to do anything about it And lastly there was always a rodent that was in the walls In the apartment manager seem to not care about that and tried to blame the damages of the apartment floor on my pet dog which is very well trained K9 and knows dos and donts inside the house So that was pretty much a slap in the face They also tried to talk to us about renewing the lease because spots were filling up fast and they were increasing Rent My family and I laughed at the fact that rent was being raised and the entire complex needs to be remodeled inside and out before they ever try to increase rent because you have to sit back and ask yourself what the HELL are you paying for The complex looks exactly like the pictures online Old and Danji FYI on the website you wont find pictures of the inside of the apartments and now I know why Good riddance to this place I would have rather spend my money elsewhere more ... hide ...
