Just moved in over a month ago and the tenants are Great The area Nice Clean and Quiet I like my apartment cause it has lots of Closet and Cabinet space Im Blessed to live at The Green Tree Apartments
Green Tree is a quite and nice place to live In the early 90s I wouldnt have lived here Our apartment manager has done an awesome job with these apartments I love it here And she is awesome

These apartments what they are but it is the management and neighbors that make them so special Everyone tries to clean it and safe place to call home You feel like family Dont forget to check them out first
This is such a wonderful place to live If you are looking for a quiet place to make a home this is the place you want to be The office manager is amazing I have lived at both her Daleville and Enterprise locations and have no complaints whatsoever

And thats even to good. Checked in last night ac/ heat still not working. Still wont answer at front desk. Fought with roaches the whole time. Its very upsetting I am a care giver and this is the first weekend since before the holidays I have been able to take a break and this is what I get. Great job econo. And Im sure you are saying why are you still there well I paid for this room and well cant afford to pay for another one. I work very hard for my money. Chose to spend it on a weekend break. The grounds are not kept up properly; there is trash overflowing and scattered throughout the parking lot. Buzzards have taken up residence in the trees behind the apartments, and they perch on rooftops in the mornings. Maintenance workers do what they can, but for a rent of $500 a month, one would expect them to maintain the grass at least. Can someone help bring attention to these safety issues?
