I believe if the company could get rid of the office staff that they currently have working in the complex, it would be a more pleasant place to live. They are not professional at all. Very messy. They make you feel as though you are less than a person just because you need them for assistance. And when my daughter had an issue, I escalated my concerns to their corporate office and talked to a guy by the name of Eugene and I found out that the apple did not fall far from the tree. Only after escalating my concerns to the person that was over Eugene, that was when the problem died down.more ...hide ...
