The lady that recently became manager is not nice at all. She does not want to help anyone and she refused to give a deposit back when no one even moved into the apartment. Living here is dreadful! Everything from the appliances to the linoleum, cabinets, and carpeting is from over 21 years ago! Whenever you need maintenance, you're put on a "waiting list" with no idea how long it will takeLiving here is dreadful! And when the maintenance guy does come by he rummages through your belongings and leaves a mess. Then there's Sharon, the landlord - she had the gall to accuse me of not paying rent even though I had proof that I was up to date.
