When I've visited friends and family there, there were always constant issues like leaks, mold, broken fixtures, broken toilets and filthy carpets plus a plethora of cockroaches. During summertime especially there's also the problem with snakes due to a ditch that isn't being cleaned out and has rubbish filling it up. The maintenance people are two brothers who know nothing - new people need to be employed as well as a major renovation for the entire area since it's too nice of a place not to be taken care of properly by its owners.more ...hide ...
