The outside has not been painted in the six years of my residence; I can count the times on one hand. The front desk staff is often absent or has a bad attitude for no reason. The maintenance workers don't know how to fix anything but the most obvious problems. If you tell them it still does not work, they just do the same basic things again. Neighbors are often noisy, disregarding the complex rules about parking, playing loud music from their cars and driving recklessly. Unattended children run around the complex and outside in the streets. Dogs are permitted to poop on the sidewalks and next to cars.
