I understand that the management has since changed, but it is still shown on my credit that I abandoned the lease. That happened more than seven years ago and it does not affect me now. Property management can be deceitful and do not think twice about it. I moved in back in 1999 and the breezeway had no lights for months and my air conditioner kept malfunctioning. I contacted the property company multiple times, but they did not reply until I hired a lawyer. The rent is reasonable and the apartments are nice if you get one that is well taken care of. The maintenance was quick to respond but didn't have the tools to mend the issues. I stayed there until about 2008.more ...hide ...

I really hate this place. Theres no privacy what so ever. They do inspections every three months. They send so many different people to work on your apartment.
