When inspections are due, what actually constitutes inspecting a unit in an apartment complex? Housekeeping, verifying that all appliances are functioning correctly, and examining outlets/AC-units etc., not probing into tenants' closets and bedrooms or personal items, thereby invading their privacy. Woodbridge's management is poor and unprofessional. Instead of calling tenants about their concerns in the units they pay rent on, why did Brenda inquire about visitors/family members in their home, being nosy? Why are there stray animals all over the apartment complex, mainly cats, who are not service animals? Other tenants will feed these animals not knowing where they come from. Instead of getting a professional phone call regarding maintenance issues brought to their attention, management prefers to utilize lease violations against you as a scare tactic. I have tenants rights and I plan on enforcing them as well as lease agreements. Vintage Properties - you should investigate who is overseeing your units as manager, as certain tenants who work every day feel targeted for no reason.more ...hide ...

Very polite office manager. I never saw inside of apartments, but its a very nice, clean 55+ complex. This is NOT a low income, or income based housing community.
