2019-03-26T09:59:41ZMold is all through the 1 bedroom apartment complex I had to move out after only living in the apartment for 2 weeks Mold was inside the ac vents The manager wouldnt give back my deposit and put false charges of 2000 on my credit report Thank God I h Mold is all through the 1 bedroom apartment complex I had to move out after only living in the apartment for 2 weeks Mold was inside the ac vents The manager wouldnt give back my deposit and put false charges of 2000 on my credit report Thank God I had my paperwork from where the inspector from the Health Dept came out and did the inspection and found mold He also told me that he has made several inspections to those apartments for the mold contamination So the owners of the apartments are well aware of the mold there So sad they would risk lives just to make some money more ... hide ...

2017-07-26T19:20:22ZThis complex has a wonderful manager who strictly follows the lease The manager inspects the units once a month per the corporate office instructions and requirements The manager addresses all complaints and issues in a timely manner Yes lease Violat This complex has a wonderful manager who strictly follows the lease The manager inspects the units once a month per the corporate office instructions and requirements The manager addresses all complaints and issues in a timely manner Yes lease Violations are given out for things that are in violation of the lease But all residents signed and agreed to these terms Most tenants expect homeowner treatment when they merely renting an apartment However the best part about this management company is they only require a written 30 day notice to break your lease So all unhappy tenants are able to move out without consequence if they notify the office properly more ... hide ...
