When asked in the office, she replies very rudely and says that they do not provide the insurance and then says that she has had reports of people paying 12-14$ a month for the insurance. The previous manager was much more helpful, but this one needs to get a grip on customer service skills. Additionally, the new manager is not always here, and when the old manager was here, she was always in the office from 8-5. The Maintenance Guy has always been here when needed.
