Ive been at Brentwood a year with no bad experiences The Staff is excellent from the Property Managers to Maintenance

I have been a resident at Brentwood Landing since 2010 The first couple of years were great I loved it here because it actually had staff that cared about the property and seemed to care about the residents Since I have been living here we have had 4 I have been a resident at Brentwood Landing since 2010 The first couple of years were great I loved it here because it actually had staff that cared about the property and seemed to care about the residents Since I have been living here we have had 4 Property Managers and I feel this recent GuyWilliam that is managing it now definitely doesnt need to be managing it He lives on the property and since hes been living here I have never seen him on a weekend ride around or after hours to check on the property Years ago it was a Police Officer that lived on the property but he no longer lives here and it seemed saferBut now you might walk out your day and actually see a drug deal taking place The property is always trashy and it seems like it has turned into SelmaVille There have been times where trash is on your cars from individuals being outside late at night and they leave it on the cars or ground In which it stays on the ground until the Maintenance guy decides he will get it up after he rides the kids around on the Cart most morning in the summer time I have contacted the Asst Latoya and she has stated several times she would send a little out regarding the trash and its not out yet I have not recalled a function for the kids since the new property Guy took place and it makes you wonder what is he doing with the money that is giving to have functions on the property The pool on phrase 2 is never unlock and when it is the water is brown Also I recently found an alert on my credit from Brentwood landing Basically I suggest you check your credit if you are living here or will move here My lease is up in October and I am planning to move I wish someone from the Corp office would come and make soon changes Oh WilliamPM is never in the office and he never returns calls I have to do pop up visit and then he tries to over talk you SaveBrentwoodSoon more ... hide ...
