This is one of the worst place you can live in for low income. They have poor maintenance and poor pest control and rodents problem. They will not treat it as a hazardous problem even if you have small children. And they also have mold in some apartments that they will just wipe off or paint over it and of course it will come right back. They also do not fix this in a proper way even if they do so call fix it. You have to constantly go over the manager head and they have a high turnover when it comes to management period!more ...hide ...
