Would give no stars if I could Been living here since March been without air conditioning since the end of April Im a patient person but the management here doesnt show any concern for any of the residents I call every other day about when my air con Would give no stars if I could Been living here since March been without air conditioning since the end of April Im a patient person but the management here doesnt show any concern for any of the residents I call every other day about when my air conditioning unit will be replaced only to be told that she is waiting on special permission from the owners to spend that kind of money to replace my unit Just last weekend the heat index was 110 and my thermostat reads well over 90 degrees every day From what I noticed and other tenants have told me multiple people in here are without air conditioning They brought me one window unit for a 3 br apt and told me that will have to do for now not to mention it doesnt even work so I asked them to bring me another one Which also didnt work so I resorted to buying my own I just dont see this as proper living conditions for me and my 3 children and Im also 7 12 months pregnant I usually dont go out of my way to write a review but Im completely fed up Especially when I pay 645 in rent every month more ... hide ...

My experience here as a resident is horrible I have lived here almost four months now and I hate it if your looking to move here do not waste your time A week after I moved in someone broke into my apartment me stole me and my children belongings Th My experience here as a resident is horrible I have lived here almost four months now and I hate it if your looking to move here do not waste your time A week after I moved in someone broke into my apartment me stole me and my children belongings They came to fix my door that same day but still to this day my door isnt fully fix my frame around my door still needs to be secured Not only I come home from work one night and see a young man walk out the apartment next door from me with guns in his hand hanging out and load nose stands right outside my front door I dont even sit in my livingroom of my apartment because the people outside my door are so loud Twice in the middle of the night I been living here I jumps out my sleep to gun shots to check on my children People fight and carry on out here with no care for other people around Just this week some broke into my car and broke my car window now water is over my head with this place More money lost I asked for a transfer they refused to give me a transfer into any of there other complex I dont feel safe for myself or my children I feel like I am being forced to live here in these unsafe conditions this is a section 8 low income apartment complex but in this case I have non of those assistance Im a regular renter I pay 63200 a month never been late on paying rents always paid b4 time liVing here and this people seem to have no care in the world of what I am saying to them just yesterday I went to the front office with my complaint about my car window the first young lady I talked to listened to my reasoning another women came out here office and said to me MS MATTHEWS I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE ISSUED YOU COMING IN HERE COMPLAINING ABOUT OTHER THEN THEY BREAKING INTO YOUR APARTMENT TWO MONTHS AGO for the nerve of her to even say that too me blown me away I want out without the trouble of breaking my lease and these people Act as if they cant help me I feel force to live here my sons wants to go outside to the park on the weekends it kills me to have to drive out to the park so my children to play when theres a park home I work during the week all day Im tired and dont want to go anywhere but for the safety of my children Ill make anything possible so my suggestion to anyone looking to live here its not worth it no place for children take your plans and money some place else more ... hide ...
