The owner is very rude and does not care about the standards she has people living in and if you ever need some maintenance done just hope you have patience

She took the time to answer all of my questions and even introduced me to Bobby, the property manager. After I had received all necessary details and had been shown around an apartment, I noticed how much the complex had changed - with security cameras installed everywhere and staff always on-site, it seemed like a safe place to live. I'm confident that when I'm ready to move again in future, Amy and Bobby will be able to help me out. If anyone reads this review: these two genuinely care about their community/tenants so you should definitely pay them a visit!more ...hide ...

Twenty years ago it was a very lovely, peaceful, clean & safe place to live but not any longer. Some residents fear being retaliation from not only other residents but from the apartment management if they report problems. They fear they will get kicked out of their apartments, but as long as they abide by the lease rules why worry about it.It has not done any good to report the problems out here to theManager because nothing ever gets done about it. You get told by the manager, that they have reported it to their bosses but nothing is ever done. They only time the management cleans up the place is when they will have investors coming to inspect the property, however half thentime we get told the company has cancelled that so no one ever sees the investors or any persons above the office manager. Like I said before, this use to be a lovely, clean, quiet & safe place to live but it is so different now. Crime related activities go unchecked as well as the nasty trash issues are causing pest control issues and health issues.Twenty 15-20 years ago the property only allowed the elder & disable person here. However because of the change of ownership anyone who fits the income requirements can live here now. It makes me wonder what the investment/ investors to this property would think if they really knew what was going on out here. The management requires and expects you to pay your rent on time but they will not improve and control the living conditions out at this property. Plus everyone knows what happens when you don€™t pay your rent, right? They need to install cameras out here to help control the lease violations and the UNCHECKED CRIME ACTIVITY.Added pictures to this review but they have not yet come up.more ...hide ...
