The property here is so nice Lots of grassy areas and a playground they do resident events every month We like it No issues to be had here

This place needs to be closed!! There are no regular inspections and no repairs conducted, and the property manager is very unprofessional. Steer clear of this location!! She will fabricate stories about the condition of your apartment in order to ch This place needs to be closed!! She will fabricate stories about the condition of your apartment in order to charge you and not refund your deposit. Thankfully, I had photographs and evidence which I sent to corporate and I was sent a $0 bill after they checked everything. She breached our rights and lease agreement while we were living there. The only thing I was guilty of was living in that infested nightmare for a year without any bug spraying or repairs, while she sat in her office and never answered the phone or door for her tenants. She lied and said I abandoned my lease, even though there was no lease at that time and I have proof of this. Had I had a lease, I would have been charged for abandoning it but I wasn't. She doesn't think anyone will take things further, so she takes advantage of tenants who don't know their rights!! I wish I had read the reviews before I moved there!! more ... hide ...

We love our apartment here The property manager Jessica is friendly kind and very helpful She does whatever it takes to get work done around the complex Shes very easy to get in touch with and always gets things done as quickly as she can The only dr We love our apartment here The property manager Jessica is friendly kind and very helpful She does whatever it takes to get work done around the complex Shes very easy to get in touch with and always gets things done as quickly as she can The only drawback to these apartments is that some of the tenants lack a sense of pride when living here They just throw trash down leave disgusting items in the parking lot and take up 2 parking spaces because they are too lazy to park correctly That causes an issue with parking I do not fault the property manager or the apartment owners for that at all I would highly recommend living here just for the reason of having Jessica as the property manager She just makes everything easier and really works hard more ... hide ...
