Horrible experience First of all the whole left side of our apartment smelled like cat feces because our neighbors had at least six that I could count at one time The water heater was a 28 gallon for a 3 bed 2 bath apartment never any hot water And e Horrible experience First of all the whole left side of our apartment smelled like cat feces because our neighbors had at least six that I could count at one time The water heater was a 28 gallon for a 3 bed 2 bath apartment never any hot water And even though pest control was supposed to come spray I never personally saw them and there were always roaches in our kitchen no matter how much I cleaned Rent was late one time after 11 months of paying it on time and whoever was on the phone was very rude even though I apologized for my mistake and whole heartedly agreed to pay whatever late fee was required They have no interest in helping their tenants they just want their money Never live here more ... hide ...

Quite and convenient These apartments are older but well kept If moving to the Gadsden area you cant find much better for the money

This review is long overdue I was a tenant at Summer Waters from May of 2018 until August of 2019 Management was wonderful to me and my dogs If there was ever an issue with something needing to be fixed in my apartment maintenance was prompt and h This review is long overdue I was a tenant at Summer Waters from May of 2018 until August of 2019 Management was wonderful to me and my dogs If there was ever an issue with something needing to be fixed in my apartment maintenance was prompt and helpful The only issue I really had was my downstairs neighbors smoking in their apartment and the smoke coming upstairs into mine but management has since issued a nosmoking policy inside of the units I enjoyed taking my dogs into the yard to play with the Coosa River in the background All of my immediate neighbors were so nice and I enjoyed my time there Ive read negative reviews about management and all I have to say is that I followed the rules kept my apartment and surroundings as clean as if I owned it and paid my rent on time I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the management at Summer Waters and I thank them for helping me to feel at home there more ... hide ...
