This place is ridiculous Not only is it infested with bed bugs the place is nothing but a drug infested place I see the other reviews and I personally know the people who has wrote most of them saying that the Summit is clear of bugs and that the lanThis place is ridiculous Not only is it infested with bed bugs the place is nothing but a drug infested place I see the other reviews and I personally know the people who has wrote most of them saying that the Summit is clear of bugs and that the landlord is some cool lady Man this woman is rude disrespectful woman Ive ever meet that actually has a job working in the position that she is in I dont see how the woman would or could keep a job anywhere the way she treats people Long story short My mother needs me the woman trespasses me for something that she accused my girlfriend of doing that if she did do would bring felony conviction but yet she has not been charged with anything Its all accusations that the landlord holds on me and my family My mother is diabetic and cannot do her shots and continuously in and out of hospital due to her blood sugar I cant even comfortably go to give my mother her insulin shot due to landlord causing issues I tried once to help my mother take her groceries in after taking her grocery shopping A large amount of bags so I tried to help her Since its on the 5th floor and its a long walk and alot of heavy bags well I got cursed out called a B and numerous other names The place needs to be condemned or at the very least get a landlord who isnt a drug addict who as long as you give her your meds or give your government Foodstamp too so she stays nice to you The maintenance peoplehuh man Ive worked with teenagers just beginning to work that knows more stuff than these guys They are lazy and they are rude Especially Noris Barbara you need to lose your job and I am and will be doing everything in my power to get your job taken at very least trying to get a criminal investigation going on you for the way you extort the elderly there and mistreat the others Please take my word this place is worse than any place Ive ever seenmore ...hide ...

Just moved in. So far, best place I ever lived. Donna Harbin, the mgr, is extremely kind and helped me every step of the way. The residents are also very kind and informative. Tons of activities.
