At the opening of September, I phoned to get the latest news, and Curtis promised me I was approved and that he was forwarding my info to compliance. Every day afterwards I rang to check the status so I knew when to get my daughter's school changed, have my furniture delivered and have everything packed and ready. About two weeks ago Curtis ceased answering and returning my calls. I have been obliged to pay for storage of the furniture I had purchased, I moved too early from my present location due to being deceived by Curtis, I requested to talk to the manager Mia, leaving her voicemails, however my messages seem either to be deleted or purposely disregarded. I have been extremely understanding and thankful for their help but this is a dreadful situation at this point. I will be filing a formal complaint and it may become a legal matter due to the money and disruption caused by someone else's lack of proficiency and professionalism.
