Cost of apt keeps going up without being remodeled and maintenance is virtually nonexistent based on how long they take to respond to issues

Do not move here! Awful, prices too high, no one cares about their own yards. If you have any pride in your yard- it doesn€™t matter! Most of the neighbors are awful-this place is trash! Can€™t wait to move!
