My husband and I are low income senior citizens looking for another more open floor plan then we have here at Nelson Hall homes We are not in need of immediate relocation but are looking for something with the more open floor plan before we get much older LOL We currently have quotfor reasonable accommodationquot in the form for a twobedroom We also have a comfort dog and I would be willing to provide a reference from Nelson Hall showing not on any undue damage from the dog or our residence here for 9 years we would consider a onebedroom if it had sufficient open floors space for us with two walkers

I wanted to respond by saying that I love this property and very interested I have been looking for a 2bedroom unit in Fort Smith Northwest and central Arkansas that is wheelchairaccessible for far too long I have applied for sec 8 and rental assistance in just about everywhere down numerous rabbit holes probably got a virus or 2 I even got scammed Anywhere From Little Rock to Fort Smith and everywhere in between and I have even been on every renting site and spent too much money on applications that serve me no purpose I did get a HUD voucher in Sebastian County and I have applied to multiple housing authorities I have lived all my life in Broken Bow Ok and in 2016 when I had my car accident and was paralyzed I was living in housing authority here in Broken Bow for 10 years and did draw social security disability but I just recently moved into a nursing facility in January to attend rehabilitation so huge change After a period of recovery in a nursing facility I decided to start a new chapter in my life and move to Arkansas preferably northwest however I am starting to feel a little defeated It is there where I know God is calling me it is there where I hope to find more opportunities for myself and my daughter who deserves the best I am excited about this change and ready to face any challenges that may come I would be greatly honored if you can let me know if you have any units that meet my needs and how I can arrange a viewing Thank you for your time and attention Sincerely **full.name.hidden** **first*name**hidden**barker189233gmailcom **phone#**hidden**
