I have been living at Moberly Place in Bentonville for 2 years without any issues. However, when I got engaged and my best friend started coming over more often, the management suddenly said that I had an unauthorized occupant and gave me an eviction I have been living at Moberly Place in Bentonville for 2 years without any issues. However, when I got engaged and my best friend started coming over more often, the management suddenly said that I had an unauthorized occupant and gave me an eviction notice. They are now trying to force my best friend to sign a lease, even though he has his own place and has never actually lived at Moberly Place. Additionally, I was never told that it would take 24 hours for my new payment card to become active, so I was charged late fees even though it wasn't my fault. Furthermore, when I tried to apply for housing at another complex, the management at Moberly Place lied and said that I had an authorized occupant and an authorized dog, which resulted in my application being denied. I have proof that I paid a pet deposit last year and have a pet lease, but they are claiming that they don't have a record of it and are trying to make me pay again. These people are liars and vindictive, and I would never recommend renting from them. more ... hide ...

My daughter lives on the second floor I have vertigo and trouble walking so can not visit her The stairs are thin and the railing is unsecured so I always feel unsafe Repairs and upgrades need to be done
