if youre reading this before you apply to live here take my advice and completely scrap that ideannthe staff is very friendly and typically pretty helpful but aside from that theres not one good reason to sign a lease herennto start when i was signin if youre reading this before you apply to live here take my advice and completely scrap that ideannthe staff is very friendly and typically pretty helpful but aside from that theres not one good reason to sign a lease herennto start when i was signing my lease they tried to get me to sign it multiple times as well as setting up utilities in my name before even seeing the unit it took asking multiple times to be able to get a tournni wasnt completely satisfied with the space but my roommate and i decided to move in anyway because we were desperate to find a place quick which was a pretty huge mistakennthe place isnt awful but most apartments are extremely outdated and many things are slightly broken or damaged the glaze on the bathtub completely peeled up to reveal dark yellowbrown stains within the first month of living there none of the cabinets shut completely our bathroom completely flooded a few months in which led to water damage in our bedrooms that took almost a week to dry and the new carpet that was put it ripped up after about a month our ac broke in the middle of the summer and took quite a bit of time to work again and at some point the lock on our sliding glass door broke the sliding glass door would not lock which we considered a maintenance emergency since were on the first floor and felt unsafe and we were then told that its not an emergency and they proceeded to make us wait on top of all of that there are literally tons of bugs they tell you in the lease that you may see some here and there since its a woodsy environment but im not exaggerating when i tell you that i would see at LEAST one a day if not multiple tons of spiders mountains of ants on every crumb that hits the floor carpet beetles earwigs carpenter ants silverfish literally anything you could possibly think of and the service that they use to spray the homes does essentially nothing i continued to see just as many bugs after having the apartment sprayed that was really the biggest downside of living there for mennAside from all that the place is not worth the price your rent will be 200300 more than they tell you its going to be after admin and water fees and no utilities are includednnSave yourself the time and find something at least a little bit nicer if youre gonna spend the money more ... hide ...

Love everyone here The staff is super friendly and helpful Maintenance was right out to fix a few issues I had Couldnt ask for a better place to live

I love this place I just moved in last month and the office staff was amazing to deal with They had maintenance out the day after I called for a few small things I couldnt ask for a better place to live
