I just moved in and so far everything is just as described The girls in the office were so helpful and nice Could not have asked for a better experience

So far I have not had any problems The office staff addressed all my needs and concerns Still waiting on a couple things to get done but Im sure they will respond quickly

Great place and price for the area Lived here for 5 years and the mgmt and maint staff are excellent Nice property close to shops and restaurants

Shannon and her staff at The Retreat at Chenal are truly amazing We had to quickly find a place for our daughter to live during the early days of the pandemic With everything shut down and only being able to do things online it made us so nervous Sha Shannon and her staff at The Retreat at Chenal are truly amazing We had to quickly find a place for our daughter to live during the early days of the pandemic With everything shut down and only being able to do things online it made us so nervous Shannon was amazing She was helpful and so nice I had so many questions and she answered them promptly I had called several other properties and NO ONE else responded like Shannon did The day we moved in Shannon was running around the property cleaning and getting apartments ready and just making sure the grounds looked nice I have NEVER seen a property manager hustle like Shannon does We had a short list of things that needed attention when we left after moving our daughter in on Friday and Saturday these items were addressed fixed by Tuesday I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to live in Little Rock more ... hide ...
