They keep up with landscaping well (mowing and weed eating), the staff is always nice, maintenance is prompt with work orders, pool is well maintained, people who are a nuisance are dealt with...really we only have 2 complaints. First, our building is right next to where the garbage trucks park for the city so it brings a lot of pests around, especially raccoons (but they cant help the location, nothing they can do about it). All in all we will definitely renew our lease.more ...hide ...
