This place has smelled like rotting fish for months. Rent keeps going up each year, yet the property keeps looking worse and worse. They are asking for a 40 dollar increase in rent to renew the lease. An obvious way to pThis place has smelled like rotting fish for months. On top of that, maintenance has a habit of saying they completed a repair without actually checking to see if it works. It is just another example of how horrible and disgusting springdale is.
