We moved into the Timbers and have had a pleasant experience Alice is great The apartments are beautiful The only thing I would say is call before you go in case they leave early

Do not move here this place is not what it seems apartments are great management not so much diversity is nonexistent

Ive been trying to contact someone but the call wont go through and no one is answering the emails they provided to me Can someone point me to the correct person to speak with

I have stayed here for a while and I must say 2020 has been the most peaceful year thus far The management staff has done a great job on maintaining a safe well diverse environment Ketra has zero tolerance on all aspects when it comes to community s I have stayed here for a while and I must say 2020 has been the most peaceful year thus far The management staff has done a great job on maintaining a safe well diverse environment Ketra has zero tolerance on all aspects when it comes to community standards not being met She has shown us that she is a manager that actually cares about the property and her residents The entire office staff makes our concerns their priority when previous management has shown differently I had some concerns before she came and I was about to put in my notice until I sat down with Ketra and she was able to address every one and I ended up rescinding my notice as a result You all should commend her on her continuous efforts and how hard she works to maintain this property and keep her tenants taken care of more ... hide ...
