I went to and interview whit a friend it was the best interview I ever seen in life the staff was wonderful and very nice nice looking apartments I truly believe that Its a wonderful place to live and work

My mom has lived there for a year She has experienced issues with her toilet as long as she has lived there She has asked management numerous times to correct the problem They have responded but never corrected the underlying problem Therefore she coMy mom has lived there for a year She has experienced issues with her toilet as long as she has lived there She has asked management numerous times to correct the problem They have responded but never corrected the underlying problem Therefore she continues to have a moldymusty odor and black discoloration at the base of the toilet This aggravates her existing respiratory problemsnAnd the toilet actually moves when she sits downnAnd here are the photos to prove how bad the mold is around the toilet and the newspaper she has to put behind the toilet to keep it from rocking Supposedly it is under new management but if that is true it appears that nothing is happeningmore ...hide ...
I wanted to respond by saying that I love this property and very interested I have been looking for a 2bedroom unit in Fort Smith Northwest and central Arkansas that is wheelchairaccessible for far too long I have applied for sec 8 and rental assistance in just about everywhere down numerous rabbit holes probably got a virus or 2 I even got scammed Anywhere From Little Rock to Fort Smith and everywhere in between and I have even been on every renting site and spent too much money on applications that serve me no purpose I did get a HUD voucher in Sebastian County and I have applied to multiple housing authorities
I have lived all my life in Broken Bow Ok and in 2016 when I had my car accident and was paralyzed I was living in housing authority here in Broken Bow for 10 years and did draw social security disability but I just recently moved into a nursing facility in January to attend rehabilitation so huge change
After a period of recovery in a nursing facility I decided to start a new chapter in my life and move to Arkansas preferably northwest however I am starting to feel a little defeated It is there where I know God is calling me it is there where I hope to find more opportunities for myself and my daughter who deserves the best I am excited about this change and ready to face any challenges that may come I would be greatly honored if you can let me know if you have any units that meet my needs and how I can arrange a viewing Thank you for your time and attention
