If I had been able to give zero stars, I would have. This has to be one of the most unprofessional and unethical places to live. It is appalling. The office staff never answer the phone and when leaving messages with the answering service, they are never returned. The grounds are not kept well and are infested with roaches. Maintenance personnel enter the apartments without warning. When a tenant moves out, the apartment is not cleaned, so the new tenant has to move in to someone else's dirt. Nothing is done when asking for help with the problem. Trinity Multifamily Property of Arkansas/Oklahoma Management is responsible for this property, but even after reaching out to them, nothing changes. I urge you to look elsewhere for a place to live, as you will be very disappointed here. They dont keep the grounds up very wellYou may be waiting a week for them to come and fix problems in your apartmentThe manager is a sweet lady

They do not upkeep the apartments too well Concerns arent addressed like they should Some of the Parents are not watching their kids and some act like kids themselves Too much destructive and terrorizing kids that do not have anything positive to do
