I would give the Meadow Springs Apartment Group a 1-star rating and do not suggest spending money on them. Although they are inexpensive and a decent size, there are numerous reasons why they are not worth it. First, theI would give the Meadow Springs Apartment Group a 1-star rating and do not suggest spending money on them. Although they are inexpensive and a decent size, there are numerous reasons why they are not worth it. First, their maintenance is inadequate, with electrical and building problems that do not meet OSHA standards. Second, the office and maintenance staff are very rude and hostile towards tenants and their visitors. Third, if you have a guest come over more than 15 times, they must be on your lease regardless of whether they live there or not. Fourth, the contract is very unclear and allows the staff to use it as they please. Fifth, there is a considerable amount of drugs and drug dealers in the complex, making it an unsuitable environment for families. Sixth, the playground is in terrible condition and may pose a risk of injury to children. Lastly, the tenants are often involved in reckless activities, such as drunk driving and crashing into the building. All in all, I advise to keep looking elsewhere and not move in. It may be cheap, but it is not worth the problems.more ...hide ...
