Its cheap with utilities included Close to shops hospitals for work several buses and i630 But the hallways stink of urine the walls are thin they spray for bugs every month and Ive waited 2 months for them to fix my shower
management is great maintenance is great there are a lot of good residents we love our apartment the only down fall is it is an affordable complex and there is that one neighbor how acts a fool

Even though the apartment is located in what is called The Hood yet it is not that bad living there. Some fights happen every now and then and the police comes frequently. Compared to that rent I pay, the rooms of the apartment are considerably big. The noise level tends to be high from time to time, on most times it is quite. I had a short moving notice and they were the only apartment business that helped me out to get an apartment that fast (less than 10 days).more ...hide ...
