The worst residence I have ever had the misfortune of living in was Cantrell Heights/Legacy Pointe. The area was unsafe and the management was absolutely dreadful. Cars in the lot were broken into twice, and our neighbors experienced the same fate. W The worst residence I have ever had the misfortune of living in was Cantrell Heights/Legacy Pointe. We requested that the broken streetlight be fixed for our security, but months later it was still not repaired and the parking lot remained dark. The apartment upstairs flooded and our ceiling was leaking for an entire week, but maintenance kept postponing the repair. The walls were so soaked that the paint began to bubble. Three months before we moved out, the AC stopped working and required a new thermostat wire, which maintenance left running on the floor right through the middle of our apartment and out the patio door. I taped the wire along the floor, believing they would install it properly in the wall soon enough, however, three months later when we departed, the wire was still there. Not only was it an eyesore, but it was a hazard, as we often tripped over it, and children outside were able to tamper with it. Management was indifferent to our complaints. As for the roaches, we just had to get used to them; no amount of cleaning or spraying was enough to rid the building of them. This place is inexpensive for a reason - do yourself a favor and keep looking for a better place to live. more ... hide ...

There is a horrible infestation of rats please dont rent here

They dont have working security lights on parking lot making this a unsafe place to live
