I would have given it a one star rating at best. I resided in the Maumelle Ar Country Club Peaks apartments for two years (2017 - recently) and after the first year, I noticed a deterioration in the premises. Kids would drag trash from the apartments I would have given it a one star rating at best. I resided in the Maumelle Ar Country Club Peaks apartments for two years (2017 - recently) and after the first year, I noticed a deterioration in the premises. Kids would drag trash from the apartments to the garage dumpster, leaving a smell in the corridors. The dumpster was constantly surrounded by rubbish and there was no designated area for dogs to do their business, so owners would just let them go wherever they wanted. Sprinklers were not turned on by the manager to save water, so the grass and shrubs were withering. The gym equipment and computers in the computer room were outdated. Parking was abysmal - anyone could park in front of the building, leaving no spaces for residents and no towing company was enlisted, as per the lease. Children would climb and play on picnic tables. There were numerous inspections, but most were not done properly. These are some of the issues I raised with the manager, who lives on the property but does not take notice of the issues, leading tenants like me to break the lease and warn others about the conditions of the property. more ... hide ...

First off if I could give it zero stars I wouldnNow let me tell you about my experience I have been out here for 4 and a half years and this place is trash like there dumpster and the rent is horrible for this coummunity They dont come right away to First off if I could give it zero stars I wouldnNow let me tell you about my experience I have been out here for 4 and a half years and this place is trash like there dumpster and the rent is horrible for this coummunity They dont come right away to fix any issue and they lights are horrible the kitchen light gets messed up almost every 2 months and it stays out for about a month and our air conditioning was out for 3 months and it was 86 degrees in the apartment and dont let me start about there plumbing our toilets get stopped up almost every week and our sinks get stopped up so quickly I hope you never stay out here more ... hide ...

I have lived here for going on three years the first two years were great peaceful we had no isssues until this year when it seems they started letting just anyone who could pay rent move here Kids running around all hours of the night loud parti I have lived here for going on three years the first two years were great peaceful we had no isssues until this year when it seems they started letting just anyone who could pay rent move here Kids running around all hours of the night loud parties liter everywhere not to mention people who are not residents just free to park and roam aroundThey do inspections constantly never giving proper notices never inform community on proper issues For example my car was stolen from in front of my apartment building but not until discussing with neighbors did I find out other crimes have been committed recently and the office failed to inform us There are no cameras or security personnel so we are left to fend for ourselves I have an infant child sonI dont even feel safe in my own home anymore more ... hide ...
