Ive called 3 times and left voicemails for a leasing agent and still no return call That was a month ago Do not recommend if youre looking for a place to live They dont want you

Dont recommend living here Continuously being harassed by my down stairs neighbor because I dont get home from work until 1130pm and management has done nothing about it

I have lived here at The Peaks for the past three years This complex is one of the newer complexes in Searcy it has a fantastic location being very close to two different schools in walking distance of a WalMart as well as connected to some of the mo I have lived here at The Peaks for the past three years This complex is one of the newer complexes in Searcy it has a fantastic location being very close to two different schools in walking distance of a WalMart as well as connected to some of the most thriving parts of Searcy The Peaks is a place that I have called home for a few years now and its not just my home because thats where all of my stuff is but its home because the members of our building communicate We see each other coming in and coming out and the hospitality is something that is special We all are part of the same team and we take pride in our home Our Maintenance Team is top notch with quick delivery for requests on orders and our Management team works diligently to make sure that our community has good neighbors a strong community and communication between the office and our residents The Peaks of Searcy is summit on the apartmentcommunities mountain here in Searcy more ... hide ...

The peaks apartments are absolutely the best The manager is so sweet she goes above and beyond for her residents She works so hard to do everything she possibly can to get you in here Yes there is a waiting list but its because theres so many people The peaks apartments are absolutely the best The manager is so sweet she goes above and beyond for her residents She works so hard to do everything she possibly can to get you in here Yes there is a waiting list but its because theres so many people who would love to live here Ive had the best experience here than I ever had anywhere Im so thankful for Christina the manager She will already make you feel at home just by talking to her The people that live here are so friendly and welcoming And the fact that they come and take a walk through every month and make sure everything is going good in your apartment makes me feel so much better They stay up to date on your air filters your smoke alarms they make sure everything is working Most apartments you go to dont even care but the peaks are the total package If youre looking for a place to live 12 or even 3 bedroom the peaks is the place to be And i know Christina would love to see you more ... hide ...

Great Management and Maintenance I would recommend this place to all my friends and family When I have friends come over they say how nice my apartment is Has a pool computers for the residents and a fitness center
