Another gorgeous day to enjoy. I am the recipient of a housing voucher, grant, and so much more to come. I am inquiring about your �Coming Soon� apartment that will fulfill my housing needs. I am looking forward to being a part of your community in mid-November (ASAP). I have always dreamed of living the BIG city life, with a small town country feel. A place I can call home and everyone knows my name. A �Good Morning Smile�, A �How Are You Today?�, and As Always - �Have a Beautiful Day.� Just think, your community will receive a check from the City of Phoenix each month for the full rental amount up to $1000.00. This is guaranteed monthly income for the term of my lease. I have to say, this voucher is like getting a golden ticket! To sweeten the deal, I also have was awarded a ERAP grant of $3300 from Trellis that is ready to hit your bank account to cover any additional rental fees. I am blessed with assistance that provides me the opportunity to keep on moving forward. I don�t like to talk about my limitations, but I feel it is necessary for my rental application to be approved. So, here it goes� I am the survivor of several victimization including identity theft, fraud, domestic violence, slander, and narcissistic abuse. I have been dragged through the legal system by my abusers because of their ability to manipulate the systems. They are good at what they do, and they know the laws. I am not a criminal nor have I ever committed a crime. In fact, I am lawful beyond a reasonable doubt and I can honestly say, �I have never even been to the �Principles Office.� The paper version of me is erroneous and a weak attempt to control my life. I promise you, I am awesome. As far as my credit score, I believe it is around 570, but that could be on a good day? Lucky for me, I have the golden ticket, a housing voucher! To seal the deal, I wanted to take some time to help you get to know me a little better and show you why I'm the best applicant to be approved for the �BtH (Before the Holidays) apartment. � Current employment: Songwriter, Toe Reader, Well-Being Coach, Business Owner.
