Lived here since 2008 Early years were really rough But got a new management company awhile back and along with that a live in managermaintenance Things are much better now Quiet place Town appears to be on the verge of restarting their bus service s Lived here since 2008 Early years were really rough But got a new management company awhile back and along with that a live in managermaintenance Things are much better now Quiet place Town appears to be on the verge of restarting their bus service so that will be a big help for those without a vehicle WiFi is available through the WiPower company Small town with very little in the way of crime I like that A 15 minute drive to the store As folks move out the apartments are remodeled Thats always a good thing Fort Huachuca is only a few miles away so vets can use the commissary If your a licensed amateur radio buff there is a club in Sierra Vista If you like to target shoot there is a 500 yard range just east of Sierra Vista They opened a nice skeet range there recently Sierra Vista has a wonderful library and aquatic center The SV library offers classes on various topics as does the local college Tons of restaurants and shopping Movie theaters on the south side of Sierra Vista Farmers market in the park every Thursday All just a 15 minute drive away Tombstone is about 20 miles East Always interesting to visit Old town Bisbee is 35 miles away Well worth a look The tiny town of Naco Mexico is another 5 miles past Bisbee and I can attest that it is a great place to get dental work done Huachuca City has beautiful sunsets and mountain views year round There are lots of hiking trails in the Huachuca Mountains if thats your thing Weather is never to hot as we are at 4300 feet elevation Dont get the blowing dust like the lower desert does Monsoons rains arrive JulySept and that cools things off a bit Huachuca City itself is very small yet has a police station Circle K library Dollar store three places to eat city park and a senior center No place is perfect but Ive lived in a lot worse places Plan on living here for quite awhile longer Good place for an old fart like me more ... hide ...

Management lies not good to seniors not close to anything

I have been waiting for over 60 days to have my Kitchen faucet repaired They were going to install a new one but then they changed there mind and decided to try and clean the lime scale out of the old one to see if that will fix it I think waiting o I have been waiting for over 60 days to have my Kitchen faucet repaired They were going to install a new one but then they changed there mind and decided to try and clean the lime scale out of the old one to see if that will fix it I think waiting over 60 days is a very unreasonable amount of time to wait for such a simple repair Not Professionally Managed This place is a pain in the but to live at Very stressful environment bad for you health You would be wise not to move into these apartments Stable but not Solid Houseing more ... hide ...
