I did not get a call back. Confused as to why you€™d €œleave the premises€ (according to the sign) when there was an appointment scheduled. They seemed nice on the phone a week ago. Multiple homeless people hang out at the Circle K storefront 50 feet away. While I have no problem with homeless people and think they need to be cared about too, a crowd is unsettling. There is a random basketball hoop in front of the leasing office, that has a half blocked court due to a portable unit. Don€™t understand that. No one being at the leasing office seems like a blessing in disguise for me. Use your best judgement and feel the vibe, I did.more ...hide ...

I have been living at this apartment building for two years now. If you want a place that provides all the care for new tenants but none for existing, Sycamore Creek might be the one for you. Do you enjoy having to pray I have been living at this apartment building for two years now. If you want a place that provides all the care for new tenants but none for existing, Sycamore Creek might be the one for you. Do you enjoy having to pray that water will be available in the morning so you can shower before an important interview? If so, come to Sycamore Creek. Are you fed up with your landlord raising the rent by a significant amount every year? Well, not with Sycamore! You can have a $700 rent one year, then the same space the following year with rent of over $1000, without any upgrades. The laundry room is unreliable, and they won't even tow cars parked in your spot unless they have been there for at least a day. If you desire these conditions, this is where you should be. To be clear, there have been times when the water was off for several days in a row. It happened so often that it became a weekly occurrence. They will repair the money parts of the laundry room but not the machines. Rent is out of control; they are increasing the rental prices for new tenants or those renewing their leases. I would not recommend this apartment place.more ...hide ...

Management and maintenance ignore requests and problems. Units are awful; no insulation whatsoever, appliances and light fixtures are old, defective, or poorly maintained, walls are paper thin, walkways are just a few planks of wood and residents are allowed to have oversized items on them, amenities (laundry room and pool specifically) are piss poor.Over a weekend, two loud and obnoxious residents get into an argument. One of them gets high and starts smashing the other guys door then goes back to his apartment, gets even higher, takes off his clothes and starts running around outside and yelling; police were called. In the end, nothing is done, no one is kicked out. Damaged property, disturbing the peace, and theres a handful of people here behind all the commotion that takes place here. But nothing is ever done.Im leaving as soon as my lease is up if not earlier.more ...hide ...

Very horrible and corrupt place. Management of this place is the worst, she thinks its okay to talk to people any way she wants but if you stand up for yourself she will do everything in her power to make your life hell,Very horrible and corrupt place. Management of this place is the worst, she thinks its okay to talk to people any way she wants but if you stand up for yourself she will do everything in her power to make your life hell, like she will try to tow your car, shell try to take rent but not give a recipe so later she can say you didnt pay it and kick you out and most of all she will find every reason not to give your deposit back no matter how good the apartment looks when you move out. Do not move here unless they remove Norma from being landlady. Also they dont fix anything needing to be fix. Nothing has been replaced when it needed to be. The pool is always disgusting and never maintained. And theres black spots that come up in the carpets which carpenters have said thats black mold but theyll do nothing about it and if you see black mold in your bathroom they will just cover it with cock instead of actually dealing with it. Its a very horrible place to live in. Oh and apartments smell horrible.more ...hide ...
